Habermus is a nutritious and warming breakfast. These coarsely broken spelt groats with the addition of nuts, fruit, honey and spices recommended by a German nun will ensure good mood for the whole day. Boil in 2:1 proportion with water or milk for at least 20 minutes. Habermus can also be used as an addition to soups, salads, pates and dinner dishes.
